TRADE CRITERIA
Forex Trading is a game of probability. There are no guarantees or "sure things". Anything can happen at any time.

The only way to ensure long term success is to only enter trades with a high probability of winning.
Does this mean you'll win every single trade? Of course not. But the Law of Large Numbers dictates that over time, as the "sample size" grows the numbers will average out and work to your favor.

In other words, over time you will win more trades than you lose.

This alone will equate to you being a profitable trader. And if you factor in a positive Risk:Reward ratio (winning more on a trade than you lose on a trade), your profitability increases even further.

OUR CRITERIA TO QUALIFY A TRADE

We have a number of strict criteria that must be met to give our trades a high probability of being profitable and worth the 1% to 2% risk.
As we show on our OUR TRADES page, we have a number of different, custom indicators that we use based on various factors such as the type of trade (Main Trades or IB Trades) and current market conditions.

Below is an example of one of our more commonly used strategies and set of criteria that we use for both our Main Trades and our IB Trades.

In the below sections we will walk you through, step by step exactly how this is done.
The trade examples above were during big movements (Orange Section below).
So did we just get lucky and catch it at the right time? After all, anyone can have big winning trades during movements of this size.

So how does our criteria checklist hold up against more average/modest movements?

Let us take a look below at how we would have done with the Price Action in the Blue Section below.

Below we have our potential trades highlighted in Orange along with a 50 pip marker for frame of reference.

You can see that even during average/modest price action our criteria of requiring all 4 of our custom indicators to be aligned with one another produces very profitable trades.

You can also see that even our "losing" trades (one below and one in the section above) are barely even losses. We usually break-even on them, or worst case a loss of only a few pips.

BUT THE BEST PART...

Even when our trades break-even, we STILL PROFIT thanks to our huge $17/lot REBATES.

We could break-even on ALL of our trades and STILL produce double digit % returns per week!
